Printable Habit Tracker
Type your habits, pick the month — print it or save it as a PDF. Free, no sign-up.
A sheet on the fridge only works when you walk past it. If you want each habit to remind you at its own time — and keep the streak when you’re away from home — that part needs the app.
A paper tracker needs one rule: never miss twice
An app counts your streak for you. A sheet of paper doesn’t — it just shows a row of boxes, and an empty box in the middle of a good run looks like failure. That is usually where paper trackers end up in a drawer.
So the sheet carries its own rule in the legend. Shade the box when you did the habit. Half-shade it when you did the smallest version — one page instead of ten, a walk round the block instead of the full route. Leave a dot when you missed. One dot is fine; two dots in a row is the only thing to avoid. Judge the month by the shape of the rows, not by whether every box is full.
Two practical things matter more than the design. Put the sheet where the habit happens — the water tracker by the kettle, the reading one on the bedside table — and mark it straight away, not in the evening from memory. At the end of the month, count the shaded boxes into the last column before you print the next one.
